The Golden Kuna, an award for the most successful trading company, in the medium-sized enterprise category, was awarded to ĐĐ Montaža Izolak LLC.
At the third session of the Economic Council, the Golden Kuna award ceremony for the Brod-Posavina County was held in the small hall of the County Chamber of Commerce. This prestigious award is given to the most successful companies in the past year. The winners are divided into 3 categories: small, medium, and large companies. One award is given in each category.
This year, we are proud to announce that the winner of the award in the medium-sized enterprises category is our company, Đuro Đaković Montaža Izolak d.o.o.
Companies are evaluated for the Golden Kuna award computationally, based on 21 numerical indicators (e.g., number of employees, profit, amount of paid salaries, exports...), which allows for an unbiased criterion in selecting the winner, as emphasized by Drago Čugura, president of HGH Slavonski Brod.
On behalf of ĐĐ Montaža Izolak d.o.o., the award was received by Deputy Director Krešimir Tomičić, who took the opportunity to address some of the problems faced by companies in our industry in this region.
- Until now, we have not used EU incentive funds, but the company's business and profits are growing year by year. We invest in knowledge, people, and technologies, which is a prerequisite for moving beyond the borders of Croatia. It is important to change the education system and compensate for the lack of personnel in our industry; these are insulation fitters or refractory bricklayers for whom no one has been trained for the past 15 years.
This great success, for which both the management and the hardworking employees of our company are equally responsible, represents an incentive for the future growth and development of our firm.
