On this extensive and technically demanding project, the Montaža Izolak team was responsible for executing a wide range of works on the exterior envelope and interior parts of the terminal.

The scope of the project included roofing, facade, sheet metal, and finishing works, which required coordinating various systems, materials, and technical solutions into a functional and aesthetically cohesive whole.

Execution of a complex roofing system

One of the key segments of the project was the construction of the terminal roof.

The roofing system consists of a load-bearing trapezoidal sheet metal, substructure, insulation wool, and the final Kalzip roof covering. Each of these elements plays an important role in ensuring the functionality, thermal protection, and longevity of the entire roofing system.

The execution of this type of roof requires precise installation and quality connection of all layers so that the system as a whole meets the technical requirements of the project.

The facade and architectural elements of the terminal

Our team's work was not limited only to the roof. On the terminal cornice, we installed polycarbonate panels and sinusoidal sheeting, while on the external walls of the building, we carried out the assembly of sandwich panels.

A special part of the project was the installation of aluminum slats on the exterior ceilings. In addition to their functional role, these elements significantly contribute to the modern and recognizable architectural appearance of the building.

Inside the terminal, our team also installed walls made of polycarbonate panels, which means the scope of our work also included certain elements of interior space design.

Plumbing and finishing works

In complex projects, the quality of the final execution largely depends on the precision of the finishing details.

In addition to the main roof and facade systems, we carried out various sheet metal works that included the production and installation of finishing flashings, treatments, joints, and other details necessary for the quality connection of individual elements of the building.

Such details are important for the functionality and durability of the installed systems, as well as for the neat and high-quality final appearance of the entire building.
