The company \u0110URO \u0110AKOVI\u0106 MONTA\u017dA \u2013 IZOLAK d. o. o. for design, production, assembly, and foreign trade operations has successfully completed the project titled \u201eDigitalization of the business of \u0110uro \u0110akovi\u0107 Monta\u017ea Izolak d.o.o.\u201c, with reference number NPOO.C1.1.2.R3-I3.01.0716<\/p>

The project's goal is to ensure the digital transformation of the company \u0110URO \u0110AKOVI\u0106 MONTA\u017dA \u2013 IZOLAK d. o. o. through the implementation of advanced digital solutions, tools, and equipment, with an emphasis on optimizing business processes, introducing new business models, and strengthening employee digital competencies. The project implementation will enable more efficient resource management, improvement of production and service practices, and increased competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.<\/p>

Project Proposal Objectives and Results:<\/p>

The project will ensure the digital transformation of the business processes of \u0110URO \u0110AKOVI\u0106 MONTA\u017dA \u2013 IZOLAK d.o.o. through the implementation of new digital solutions, tools, and equipment. Key objectives include increasing competitiveness, optimizing production and logistics activities, and strengthening employees' digital competencies. Expected results are more efficient operations, cost reduction, acceleration of production cycles, and better integration of internal and external business processes, which will enable the company to successfully enter new markets and increase sales revenue.<\/p>
