      1. Purposes and legal basis for processing personal data<\/b><\/p><\/li><\/ol>

        3.1. \u0110uro \u0110akovi\u0107 Monta\u017ea \u2013 Izolak d.o.o. collects your personal data directly from you for the purpose of concluding and executing contracts\/sales of products and providing services, as well as during actions preceding the conclusion of contracts (offers, inquiries and\/or requests within the scope of product or service orders, sending inquiries or requests related to our products or services), or on another lawful basis.<\/p>

        We only use personal data for established purposes and do not share or use it for unforeseen or unexpected purposes.<\/p>

        We collect personal data when you provide it to us yourself, e.g. by sending an email, and in similar situations where you have chosen to provide us with data.<\/p>

        3.2. When you wish to enter into a contract with \u0110uro \u0110akovi\u0107 Monta\u017ea \u2013 Izolak d.o.o., submit a request for a quote, request our services, and in any case when you enter into a contractual or business relationship with \u0110uro \u0110akovi\u0107 Monta\u017ea \u2013 Izolak d.o.o., we process your personal data in order to provide you with our service, i.e., enable you to use our products in accordance with your request, or to respond to your request. When submitting your request to purchase a product or receive services, or when entering into a contractual relationship with \u0110uro \u0110akovi\u0107 Monta\u017ea \u2013 Izolak d.o.o., you will be informed about the type of data you are obliged to provide us with for the purpose of fulfilling your request, i.e., concluding and performing the contract. We do not collect or process data that is not used for the performance of the requested service.<\/p>

        Personal data we collect for the purposes of this point may include, for example, first name and surname, address, personal identification number, and others.<\/p>

        3.3. \u0110uro \u0110akovi\u0107 Monta\u017ea \u2013 Izolak d.o.o. may also request your consent for the processing of your data for one or more specific purposes that are not a prerequisite for the execution of the contract or a legal obligation of \u0110uro \u0110akovi\u0107 Monta\u017ea \u2013 Izolak d.o.o. by their ultimate purpose, or are not necessary for the conclusion and execution of the contract, or are not in your legitimate interest (e.g., for marketing activities, offering new products and services, etc.). You are not obliged to give consent for such processing, but you are free to do so, and you can withdraw it at any time, provided that this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.<\/p>

In that case, \u0110uro \u0110akovi\u0107 Monta\u017ea \u2013 Izolak d.o.o. processes your personal data based on that legally prescribed legal basis.<\/p>

        Our IT systems are protected by technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access, modification, or transmission of your data, as well as against potential loss or deletion.<\/p>
